*Ecailleme – Returns*

Each Ecailleme piece is crafted in limited form from rare and exotic leather. In respect of its exclusivity, returns are accepted only under exceptional circumstances.

*Eligibility*
Returns are granted solely in cases of:

* Verified manufacturing defect, or
* Delivery of an incorrect item

Requests must be submitted within *48 hours* of receipt.

*Conditions*
Items must remain unused, in immaculate condition, and accompanied by all original elements.
A complete, unedited unboxing video is required.

Any item showing signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.

*Shipping*
In the event of a confirmed error, return arrangements will be made at our discretion.
Otherwise, approved returns are subject to a *10% restocking fee*, with shipping borne by the client.

*Bespoke Pieces*
All bespoke and made-to-order creations are final.

*Lifetime Warranty*
Ecailleme extends a *lifetime warranty* on craftsmanship, covering stitching and hardware under normal use.
