Eligibility for returns:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and authenticity materials must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items include:

• Custom or made-to-order pieces
• Personalized items
• Sale or discounted items
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our standards.

Refunds:

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
